Share public service announcements at the National Conference

At the 2010 National Sexual Assault Conference in September, CALCASA is creating space for attendees to share public service announcements. We will show PSAs developed by agencies and organizations across the country. We’re interested in learning the goals of your PSA, advice you can offer about the process and the resources necessary to create it.

PSAs should be about one minute, and they should include a clear message about ending sexual violence. This is an opportunity for you to share your experience and to learn from the experience of others.

Submission deadline: May 28, 2010 CLOSED

If you have questions about your submitted PSA, please e-mail

California Coalition Against Sexual Assault provides the unifying vision and voice to Californians speaking out against sexual violence. Founded in 1980, it’s the only statewide organization in California with the sole purpose to promote policy, advocacy, training and technical assistance on the issue of sexual assault. CALCASA’s primary membership is the 85 rape crisis centers and rape prevention programs in the state.

Your email is rejecting the wmv file type. An updated version of this is available. Also, the full length PSA is on You Tube with Andrew Pearson as the creator. This also appeared on the College of NJ website in its entirity. We paid Andrew a samll amount for the cut version.

Thank you for the note. We’ve addressed the issue (we think) and you should be able to submit .wmv files now.
