Helping Teens Stop Violence is newly released


Allan Creighton and Paul Kivel have recent revised thier book Helping Teens Stop Violence, Build Community and Stand for Justice. Twenty years after it was initially published, this book is a guide for adults who work with teens on topics related to social justice. Many sexual violence and domestic violence prevention practitioners use these activities and approaches to ground their prevention work.

David S. Lee, MPH, is the Director of Prevention Services at the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CALCASA) where he provides training and technical assistance on prevention. David manages the national project Prevention Connection, an online community of violence against women prevention practitioners, funders, researchers and activists. For over 29 years David has worked in efforts to end domestic violence and sexual assault.
