Register for Campus Grant Summer Institute


The Campus Institutes are being held in San Francisco, Atlanta, Philadelphia and Lexington, Kentucky

Recipients of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Grant to Reduce Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence and Stalking on Campus can register for the Summer 2011 Campus Training & Technical Assistance Institute.  The four institutes will be held during the week of June 20 across the United States.

  • Coordinated Community Response – San Francisco – hosted by CALCASA
  • Judicial Affairs Training – Atlanta – hosted by MSCASA
  • Law Enforcement Training – Philadelphia – hosted by East Central Oklahoma University
  • Mandatory Orientation & Education – Lexington, KY – hosted by Kentucky Domestic Violence Association

The deadline to register for the Institute is May 18, 2011. If you have any questions, contact CALCASA [email protected].  Registration for the event is limited to college and university campuses currently funded by the U.S. DOJ Campus Grant Program.

Livia Rojas, MSSW, is the Training and Resource Coordinator in the Campus Program at the California Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CALCASA) where she provides training and technical assistance to recipients of the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) Grant to Reduce Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault and Stalking on college and university campuses across the United States and territories. Livia has eleven years of working to advance human rights and student organizing through practice and research.
